Duties and Taxes
There are no U.S. taxes on orders shipped outside the U.S. MotoDelta Motorsports is not responsible for any customs handling fees, duties or taxes that result when your merchandise is imported to your country. Check with your local customs agency for details regarding possible duties or taxes on your order. You will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes and other charges. MotoDelta strongly suggests that you check with your local customs agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. MotoDelta cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees.

What is the International Delivery Policy?
International customers will be required by their country to pay duties and taxes before they receive their package. These rates vary by country. Please take note of this extra cost, as it is not included with your MotoDelta merchandise and shipping charges. FedEx International Express and UPS typically take from 3-5 business days to reach our customers after the order leaves our warehouse, while other Freight services may take up to 3 weeks. What should international customers do who are having problems registering or ordering on moto-delta.com?
If you are having problems with the registration or ordering of products, we would be happy to place your order for you. Please email your order to us at sales@moto-delta.com. Please include your name, billing and shipping address, daytime phone, email address, item number, name, color, size. DO NOT include credit-card information in any e-mail!
How are international backorders handled?
We can only ship one package per international order. If your order consists of several items, one or more of which are on backorder, we cannot ship the in-stock items until the backordered items become available. If you want to receive your in-stock items right away, you must remove the backordered items from your order and re-order them when they are in stock or place the backordered items on a separate order.
What happens if I don't receive my package?
All international shipments carry insurance coverage. We will assist you in locating and receiving your items promptly.
