Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
MotoDelta uses UPS Ground service on all shipments unless otherwise noted by the customer. Please allow 1-7 BUSINESS days (UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday unless specified by the shipper) for your merchandise to arrive based on your location and which service you choose.
If paying by credit card, MOTODELTA CAN NOT SHIP MERCHANDISE TO A PO BOX OR APO ADDRESS. In these cases, a Postal Money Order can be used for payment and we will ship the merchandise through the US Postal Service. A $10 fee will be added to your shipping charge for this service. Please contact us for more information.
All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped 2nd Day Air or Overnight (no ground service available), and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If this should occur, we will contact you with the new shipping charge before processing your order.
RETURN POLICY
Following is MotoDelta’s return policy for all purchases made through our internet site or by phone:
A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be issued on all merchandise returned within 30 days of the original shipment date. All merchandise must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Original and returning shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. Electronics and related merchandise are non-refundable unless defective.
After 30 days
NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN ON MERCHANDISE RETURNED AFTER 60 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SHIPMENT DATE.
To avoid problems, please include a copy of your original receipt with the merchandise so we can process your return.
A store credit for the price of the merchandise will be issued on all merchandise returned within 60 days of the original shipment date. All merchandise must be unused and returned in the original packaging. This store credit expires 1 year from issue date. Original and returning shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
