Offered a ride in enduro!
Well ironically I finally got offered a ride at the "10 Hours at Gingerman" (officially titled 10 Heurs du Man, har har) race for Sept 1. www.gingermanenduro.com
Ironically, the other drivers are two guys who I'm usually dicing it out with for the front, driving a GT-350 and 427 'vette. (and me in my 911, topic back on) Now, the final irony is that the three of us are used to large bore, rear drive cars. Soo.... THey picked up Neil Sapp's (Neil Sapp drives the BMW in the Speed(vision ) world GT Challenge now) former SCCA championship Honda CRX.
Gonna be Veeery interesting with the three of us in this little 4-banger front drive car for 10 hours! The car originalyl ran in ITB, but it's been tweaked out of that class now I think, but we are shooting for the overall win, not the class win!
