- means: Car is illegal as hell.

- means: Car is only "slightly illegal.
"Great National Car."
- means: Car is probably pretty good for regional competition.
"Great Regional Car."
- means: Car is a piece of crap about to lose it's eligibility.
"Great SChool Car."
- means: Car is almost recognizable as an automobile of some sort.
"Great Enduro Car."
- means: Car is currently on fire.
"Needs Completion."
- means: Car was on fire recently, but has been extinguished."
"Must Sell"
- means: Owner is currently trapped under the burning car.
