I found my target here... I'm going to do this paint scheme, or close to it and the bodywork is about like this too:

I'd been trying to come up with something I like and I'm standing in the garage... Noticed my Suzuka picture (seen in an above photograph) and realized that was exactly what I wanted!

I managed to split the case and extracted ALL the case studs today. The case is off to the machine shop tomorrow to bore out the spigots to 105mm.

However Jerry has the body parts (currently residing on the BlingMobile...) that need to be painted... Cgarr, do you have paint capability... If you do maybe I could send/bring the materials and appropriate libations to make it worth your while? No need for a commitment but having the bumpers and rockers painted ahead of time would help immensely... Save me at least a week probably!

Kevin, A helping hand would always be appreciated. I don't think sizing the wheels will be difficult. I have the width, I know the backspacing (because of the current wheel offsets, so it's just simple math after that. A double check is always good though.

The current schedule is this:

February 26th week:
- Order wheels
- Pick up tail from EurEast

March 5-11
- Build engine
- Install engine

Mar 12-18

- Order carb jetting
- Fit flares
- Fit F&R bumper

Mar 19-25
- Order paint and graphics
- Prep flares, bumpers and rockers to paint
- Apply paint

March 26-Apri 1
- Apply graphics
- Dyno and tune engine
- Order tires

April 2-8.

- Wheels in
- Final prep car for April 8th test race
- Alignment

April 9-15

- Tweak setup car for opener April 15th.

1. I've got to calculate proper wheel sizes and submit them by "Winter Sucks"
2. Custom bolt-on flares need to be measured, cut and fit.
3. Bumpers, rockers, and tail need to be fitted.
4. Sand, prep, and paint the same.
5. Motor will need to be assembled and tested.
6. Graphics applied.

The team of EuroEast and Motodelta is going to campaign a 3.4L powered 911 this year!

T-minus 7 weeks to D-Day.

Here's the steps we are taking:

1. We're upgrading the motor to a 3.4L short stroke with LNEngineering 100mm Nickies (Thanks to Charles at LNengineering.com) and J&E pistons

2. Converting the bodywork to a 964 turbo look including a custom 3.8 RSR tail configuration, short hood, and wider fender flares (probably custom bolt-on).

3. MORE RUBBER! Euroeast has donated a set of 9 and 11 inch custom offset wheels in addition to the above bodywork on which we will be running a 275/315 tire configuration.
