Finished the side brackets and installed the 1/4 turn Dzus fasteners to hold the bumper in place. I can remove the bumper in about 30 seconds now so that should make some maintenance easier.
Fitted the flares and have marked out the cut lines... It's going to be hard to take the saw to my car. It became a lot more personal today... 
I may actually need your help on this Kevin, I don't know if I can do it.

I spent 4 hours today building custom brackets for the rear bumper. The ones installed are only there to keep the bumper from moving front to rear. The next one pictured prvents side-to side motion. All will be installed using 1/4 turn fasteners for easy removal as will the flares:
